Masda Flexible Bending Center: Fully Automatic Four-Sided Bending with Single-Positioning
Unlike traditional CNC press brakes, the Masda intelligent flexible bending center performs fully automatic four-sided bending after a single workpiece positioning. It supports various complex forming processes, including upward bending, downward bending, and arc forming.
The system utilizes multi-axis servo-coordinated drives and a patented feeding/positioning mechanism with automatic sheet orientation adjustment, ensuring high bending angle repeatability and excellent consistency across batch production.
Compatible with Diverse Materials and Applications
The equipment handles a wide range of sheet metal materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and laminated sheets. For workpieces with special features—such as raised holes or semi-sheared sections—customized upper tool clearance fixtures can be employed to prevent damage to formed features during bending, effectively solving processing challenges for complex sheet metal parts.
Labor Replacement: Reducing Costs and Boosting Efficiency
Traditional bending relies heavily on skilled operators, making recruitment difficult and labor costs high. Masta bending centers can be operated independently by general staff after simple training, significantly reducing reliance on senior technicians.
This makes the system ideal for the continuous batch production of sheet metal components such as cabinets, electrical enclosures, and commercial kitchen equipment.
