Multi-Side Bending with Single-Positioning
Once the sheet is placed on the worktable, it is positioned and clamped by suction cups. Using universal bending blades, the machine performs various forming operations—including upward and downward bending, arc bending, and hem bending—all within a single clamping cycle. No manual flipping is required, and the bending speed reaches 0.2 seconds per stroke.
The system ensures stable processing for carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized sheet metal, leaving no marks on the surface and significantly enhancing the visual quality of the finished product.
Minimal Tooling Changes for High-Mix Production
Traditional bending processes require machine downtime to change tools and adjust parameters when switching between different workpiece specifications, resulting in significant time loss.
The Masda Bending Center relies on program switching; a single set of universal tools can handle workpieces of various angles and dimensions, dramatically improving efficiency when switching between small-batch orders.
